Feeling Comfortable in Your Own Skin ~ Herbal Approaches to Eczema

Itchy, flaky, irritated skin that drives anyone who's experienced it mad and often impacts how people feel they look and literally erodes how comfortable they feel in their own skin.


The allopathic solution is typically steroid cream. The challenge here, as many people have experienced, is the backlash when you stop using it (let alone the disruption to your body's fundamental processes applied to your largest organ - your skin - and absorbed directly into the bloodstream). What's more, it doesn't address the root cause of the eczema, so it keeps coming back.


Is eczema in any way comfortable or enjoyable? Of course not. But remember, your body is sending you a message by manifesting eczema on your skin for a reason - and it's got nothing to do with luck.
