Also known as 'a cuppa of coping', these herbs for nerves take the edge off those overwhelming moments and importantly - are lovely and calming drunk hot or cold. Pop in your favourite tea strainer for a quick cup or in a cafetiere to drink throughout the day - anywhere from 1 heaping teaspoon to 1 heaping tablespoon (or more) at a time - just depends how much you need in that moment!


As an added benefit, the herbs are all lovely and calming for infants, as well, so if you're breastfeeding, the benefits of the tea will pass through in your milk and you'll get two (or more) chilled out people at once.
